Fun To Be Myself

I had the most fun last Saturday. I was a participant in a Murder Mystery Party. I've sure you've heard of them before. You go to a party and one of the cast gets "murdered". As a guest, you help solve the mystery. It's fun fun fun.

The murder party I went to gave characters to all the guests. It was set in the 1920's. Since I had an "in" with the writer of the murder party, I asked if I could go as Olivia Charles, romance writer. So I was. My husband played Warren Kincaid, the newspaper editor. And we had our son with us, Sebastian who is a graduate of Harvard, and his darling fiancee, Estelle Baker, of the Connecticut Bakers you know.

The theme was a birthday party for Max, a chocolatier. The women were dressed in flapper dresses with feathers in their hair. Men wore tuxes or "gangster" suits. The "press" and paparazzi were there too.

I got to talk to some of my adoring fans.

Dahling... it was mahvelous....
